When I click on Edit it asks for a password
This is because no one except me can edit the site.

Where can I purchase .......... rules from?
Unfortunately I am not an oracle of all knowledge and cannot possibly know where to buy a specific set of rules in a certain country. Use a good search engine like Google and search for the name of the rules you are after.
